Candles Recharge USA & Canada Shipping Information:

All orders that will be processed though this website are for delivery to the mainland USA & Canada. If you live outside of these countries then please email us prior to ordering so that we can calcualte the correct shipping charges to your destination. If you live in Asia, Australia or New Zealand then please order from our Australian website at http://candlesrecharge.com.au

Once your order has been recieved please allow 1-2 Days for processing & packaging. On receipt of your order we will email you to say we have it & it's being processed. Once your order has been sent we will email you with your tracking number. Once shipped delivery normally can take between 5-10 business days.

If you have an urgent order or time specific delivery date please email or call us prior to ordering to check that we are able to meet your deadline we do generally need at least 5 business days notice to get orders packaged & shipped for orders with deadlines.

*For remote areas please note that it may take longer then the times suggested for your order to reach you due to where you are located.

Candles Recharge Exchange/Refund Policy:

We do not refund products for change of mind, all photo's are as colour accurate as possible & descriptions are as accurate as possible. Our rechargeable candles can NOT be charged on another brands charger and vice versa for their candle's on our charger.
